To reiterate the announcement in church last night:

Individuals who prefer to be on our DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) list, should submit a POLST (Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment) to the church office. You can obtain a POLST from your doctor.

In the event that you experience an emergency at church, the EMTs will not honor our DNR list without seeing an individual’s POLST. The POLSTs for any DNR requests in our congregation are stored with the AED unit in the Utility Room.
